WHAT IS A MOJO BAG?
A Mojo bag, sometimes called a gris-gris bag, is a Hoodoo-Voodoo charm usually made by a Voodoo mambo or priest. It is a small, flannel bag, meant to be concealed in the user's clothing, that contains a variety of items, such as symbolic curios, graveyard dust, bones, herbs, roots, seeds and other ingredients depending on the intent of charm. Ritual is used in creating the Mojo and in giving it life. The color of the bag will vary, according to its purpose.
